Margaret Grosh works at the World Bank as the Lead Economist for Human Development in the Latin American and Caribbean Region and co-leader for the Safety Nets Global Expert Team. Margaret was team leader and co-author of For Protection and Promotion: The Design and Implementation of Effective Safety Nets (2008), and contributing author to the World Bank’s major policy research report that reviews the lessons from the experience of conditional cash transfer programs, Conditional Cash Transfers: Reducing Present and Future Poverty.
