Tatiana Rincón

Tatiana is Director of the Economic Citizenship Division for Latin America and the Caribbean at Fundación Capital, Colombia.

She was formerly the coordinator for the National Project on Economic Development and Commerce for the Delegation to the EU and the Ministry of Commerce in Colombia, as well as the country’s Director for International Cooperation for the Justice and Interior Ministry. Tatiana holds a Master’s in international relations from Carleton University in Canada and has worked for international institutions such as Carter Center and as a consultant for IFAD.
