Daniel Waldron is a consultant for CGAP heading up the energy component of Digital Finance Plus. His work focuses on how digital payments and micro-credit are combining to transform the energy options for off-grid households, with wider implications for financial inclusion. Prior to CGAP he worked as an analyst for Petrides & Co., a boutique energy investment bank. He also served for two years as an environmental volunteer for Peace Corps Tanzania. He has a Masters in International Affairs from The New School, with a concentration in Development Economics.
