Joyce Antone Ibrahim
Analyst. Joyce joined CGAP in February 2010 and works on the Financial Access Indicators Project. Previously she worked as an analyst at the World Bank's Transparency and Accountability Unit, conducting research and data analysis on disclosure and conflict of interest legislation for public officials worldwide. Joyce has also worked on disarmament issues at the United Nations Headquarters, as well as legal issues in health care at MartynLiles, PLLC, a Washington, D.C.-based law firm. She holds a bachelor of science in foreign service from Georgetown University and a master of arts in international affairs and international economics from Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She speaks Arabic and is proficient in French.
