Gender Workshop

CGAP co-hosted a workshop on Finance and Gender with Women's World Banking and the World Bank Group's Gender Action Plan, on 2 July 2008. The workshop brought together some thirty microfinance practitioners, donors and researchers to discuss the primary issues that contribute to low financial inclusion amongst women, and the practical actions that are needed to increase access and inclusion.
