Branchless banking services are built around supply chains comprised of many different companies, all of whom must be adequately incentivized to play their role. CGAP’s Agent Management toolkit includes an EXCEL-based financial model to help providers project the revenues generated in a branchless banking service and how these are shared between members of the supply chain. The model can be used to analyze the financial flows at current transaction levels and tariff structures, as well as testing alternative scenarios. The model automatically produces summary charts and graphics.
