DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE

For us to accept your entry, we need you to agree to the following terms:

  1. You promise that you are at least 21 years of age, you are not part of the operational team of Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) or an immediate family member of such a person.

  2. You are entering this contest at your own risk. Decisions regarding the Financial Transparency Award (FTA) awardees are final. You must agree that, regardless of the outcome, you will not challenge the decisions of the CGAP FTA or file any claims or suits against CGAPand the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) their affiliates, directors, officers, or employees, arising from the conduct of the contest. You agree that CGAP may, in its sole discretion terminate this contest without any liability to you.

  3. CGAP may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any contest whom they believe to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes entering false information and entering more than once.

  4. CGAP reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.

  5. All materials (including, without limitation, text, data, information, images, illustrations, logos, and surveys) (collectively, the �Content�) are owned and controlled by CGAP or third parties. You shall not sell or modify any of the Content or reproduce, download, upload, transmit, republish, display, publicly perform, distribute or otherwise use any part of the Content in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of CGAP or the applicable third party or except as specifically permitted by CGAP. CGAP disclaims any and all liability for any consequences that may result from any unauthorized reproduction or use of the Content. However, only FTA winners (excluding merit awardees) are granted permission by CGAP to use the CGAP Financial Transparency Award name and logo in association with announcements of their accomplishment in electronic and print media.
