Archibald is a financial inclusion and impact investment specialist with over 16 years of executive leadership and advisory experience in the financial services sector. Archibald currently consults for the CGAP/World Bank as a Financial Inclusion Specialist, focusing on expanding financial access and advancing the adoption of digital payment systems for underserved coastal communities. He is also a consultant/technical advisor for the Invest Salone program, supporting the growth of Sierra Leonean firms with technical assistance and investment facilitation.  

Archibald previously managed an investment portfolio at Cordaid Investment Management (CIM-BV) and served as CEO of Salone Microfinance Trust (SMT), leading efforts to deliver credit and savings solutions to MSMEs.

Archibald holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the distinguished Acumen West Africa Cohort.
