Etta Klosi works on CGAP’s Gateway Academy, where she leads the customer experience team and coordinates the monitoring, evaluation, and learning process. Ms. Klosi also serves as FinEquity’s Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst. She has experience in communications, project management, microfinance, privatization, and international education. Before joining CGAP, Ms. Klosi was a communications consultant at the World Bank, where she was a blogger and producer and coordinated marketing and social media efforts for the corporate broadcast team.
Ms. Klosi led a business management unit at DAI to support a group of 11 projects. As associate director of International Admissions at American University, she managed admission and recruitment processes for over 1,100 international students. As an IIE fellow in Kenya, Ms. Klosi worked with Kenyan credit unions to introduce new microfinance products. In Albania, she worked for GIZ projects in privatization and market reform legislation.
Ms. Klosi is a graduate of the University of Tirana in Albania and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from American University in Washington, D.C. She is fluent in Albanian, French, and Italian.
