Lisa Hawkes is a Global Sustainability Senior Manager at Unilever. In 2015, she helped create TRANSFORM, an impact accelerator led by Unilever, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and EY, that supports visionary enterprises across Africa, Asia, and beyond. She now leads TRANSFORM’s work around livelihoods, as well as partnering with local teams on TRANSFORM’s work in Africa. Lisa has worked for Unilever for over a decade in various sustainability roles across research and development, supply chain, and within the Global Sustainability Function.
