Mitzi Perez Padilla is Evaluation Officer at the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank. Within FMO, she focuses on conducting and commissioning evaluations in the financial inclusion, agriculture, and energy sectors. Prior to FMO, Mitzi built experience in impact measurement and management in private sector development finance. She holds a PhD degree in Economics from Tilburg University in The Netherlands.
