Policy Advisor, Office of UN Secretary-General's Special Advocate for Financial Health (UNSGSA)

Nancy is a Policy Advisor to the UN Secretary-General's Special Advocate for Financial Health, H.M. Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, where she has driven the strategic transformation of the Office’s focus from inclusive finance to financial health. In this role, she provides high-level strategic advice and orchestrates multistakeholder engagement strategies, aligning global priorities and building partnerships with public and private sector leaders. Her work focuses on advancing financial health initiatives in countries such as Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Jordan, Brazil, and South Africa, while contributing to prominent international platforms, including the G20 and the World Economic Forum Annual Meetings in Davos. Earlier in her career, Nancy advised major banks in Southeast Asia on market expansion strategies as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and was a founding staff member of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion. She also held roles with Accion Venture Lab to advance impact investments in fintech startups and with UNCDF to design and implement global initiatives promoting women’s economic empowerment.
