As CGAP’s knowledge management officer, Natalie Greenberg oversees CGAP's digital assets and works across teams to develop and implement strategies for more efficient and effective learning. She also oversees marketing and community-building activities for Gateway Academy, a digital learning platform aimed at building capacity for financial services providers in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Earlier, Ms. Greenberg managed CGAP’s Microfinance Gateway website. Her previous experience includes working at the QED Group, supporting USAID’s Microenterprise Development office with its communications and knowledge management initiatives, and managing USAID-funded projects on small and medium enterprise development.
Ms. Greenberg has a Master’s degree in International Public Service and Development from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from University of Illinois.
