As an independent consultant, Rossana specializes in digital financial services, financial education, youth financial inclusion, training, facilitation, and program evaluation. She has an MPA from Harvard University, an MCRP from the University of New Mexico, and a BA in Economics and French from Rice University. She speaks fluent Spanish and English, and is proficient in Portuguese and French.
