This interactive dashboard allows you to explore the publicly available results of the CGAP Pulse Survey of Microfinance Institutions. Launched in June 2020 and concluded in December 2020, this monthly survey provides a high-level picture of how COVID-19 initially impacted the microfinance sector at the global, regional, and national levels. The dashboard reports the financial condition of microfinance institutions as of 30 September 2020, based on surveys conducted through 15 December 2020 (however, as indicated when the data is sorted by "period," certain indicators were tracked only in earlier waves of the survey). A total of 399 microfinance institutions participated in at least one wave of the survey.
