Bill Maurer

Dr. Bill Maurer is Professor of Anthropology and Law at the University of California, Irvine, and the Director of the Institute for Money, Technology and Financial Inclusion. Dr. Olga Morawczynski has spent the last five years studying mobile money applications. She has undertaken research in numerous countries including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and India.
