Jenny Romero

As part of the Financial Inclusion Group in the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Jenny is actively involved in the development of policies in the areas of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and agricultural value chains, and in current financial inclusion measurement framework initiatives. She serves as secretariat to the Philippine National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (NSFI) and represents the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas as the primary member of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) Financial Inclusion Strategy Peer Learning Group. Given her substantial contribution to the AFI’s Working Group and Regional Initiatives, Jenny received the 2018 Young Generation Award.
