Jona Repishti
Associate Director, Digital Green
Jona Repishti is Associate Director at Digital Green, where she leads gender programs globally and collaborates with product and tech teams to drive data-informed, scalable AI solutions for farmers. She joined Digital Green in 2023, bringing expertise in inclusive design, technology, and entrepreneurship. Previously, Jona was a senior gender advisor at the International Center for Research on Women, supporting corporations, foundations, and DFI's in integrating gender equity into their operations and supply chains. She also led MIT D-Lab’s global entrepreneurship programs, helping innovators scale market-based solutions to poverty challenges. She holds a bachelor’s from Middlebury College and a master’s from Princeton University.
