Antoine Navarro

Antoine Navarro is a financial sector specialist consultant working on CGAP’s Responsible Digital Financial Ecosystem project, which focuses on financial consumer protection policy, implementation, and measurement. Antoine also contributes to CGAP’s G2P workstream and to World Bank projects on payment aspects of social protection. 

Antoine previously worked as a senior microfinance rating analyst and as an internal consultant for the Orange Group’s mobile financial services. 

Antoine graduated with a bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies and a master’s in finance, both from Sciences Po Paris. He speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
