Evelyne Fraigneau is the assistant to the CEO of CGAP and a member of the CGAP Corporate team. Evelyne has been with CGAP since 1999.
Before joining CGAP, Ms. Fraigneau worked for the country director for Chad, Cameroon, Central African Republic, and Republic of Congo in the World Bank’s Africa Region. Before joining the World Bank, Ms. Fraigneau worked as secretary of the ambassador of Jordan to the United Nations in Geneva. She also worked in the Protocol office of the Permanent Mission of France to the United Nations in Geneva.
Evelyne studied translation at the St. Bénigne Institute in Dijon, France, and at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
