Joseph Isaiah Mensah is a project manager at PEG Africa leading multi-stakeholder efforts to scale up solar-powered irrigation systems across Ghana under the Innovation Lab for Small-Scale Irrigation (ILSSI) of the USAID. Joseph has over five years of experience serving as the lead on donor-funded rural development projects and over four years of experience in the private sector, marketing and facilitating access to financial and productive assets.
